Kalonji

(Kalonji) are the small, irregular shaped, black seeds of the Indian plant Kalonji. This product is most commonly used as a seasoning in curry, vegetable, relish, pickle, yogurt, and spice mixture applications. It is also used on North Indian Tandoor based breads as a garnishing ingredient.
